Ronelle’s life plan was to be a visual artist yet after having exhibitions and overseas residencies she decided one day in 1998 to volunteer her time helping answer incoming calls at RSPCA QLD.
Day one brought the excitement of a bomb threat and the rest is history. 20 years later Ronelle has worked through many positions within RSPCA from Complaints Coordinator within the Inspectorate to the Call Centre Supervisor.
Ms Reid has now combined her knowledge and skills in customer experience with her passion for promoting everything RSPCA and now proudly holds the title of Head of Marketing and Customer Experience. Ronelle is able to add her creative mind to assist the Marketing team deliver innovative and successful adoption promotions year round. Having been in this role for 5 years Ronelle’s team have pushed the adoption message into the community and can now boast to have the highest adoption rate in the Southern Hemisphere!
Ronelle still makes art and exhibits in-between being owned by three very cute Basset Hounds.
