Professor Darryl Jones

Professor Darryl Jones is an urban ecologist based at Griffith University in Brisbane.

He has been a pioneer is investigating the relationships between people and wildlife in cities, including conflicts and conservation.

He has been engaged in studying the complex issues surrounding the feeding of wildlife for over a decade and is the author of the recent best-seller, The Birds At My Table: Why we feed wild birds and why it matters (NewSouth 2018).
